🩺 Ready to Take the Next Step!

Our LPN students recently participated in an on-site job fair, with 22 local employers, as they near the completion of their training at the Delaware Skills Center. 💙 This valuable opportunity allowed students to connect directly with healthcare employers, learn about career opportunities, and begin building professional relationships for their future careers.

🌟 Starting strong and finishing even stronger! CNA Instructor, Keisha Jones, began the year with a 100% exam pass rate and closed out the year with another 100% pass rate. This achievement reflects exceptional teaching and students who were set up for success every step of the way. Congratulations to our CNA students and Ms. Jones on an incredible accomplishment! 🎓👏

Raising the roof and building their future one shingle at a time! 🔨🏠 Our carpentry students are putting their skills to work with hands-on roofing experience, learning the value of craftsmanship, teamwork, and hard work every step of the way. Proud to watch these future builders in action!

DSC was out and about today connecting with future students and sharing information at the DOL Multi-Employer Job Fair and the Statewide Training Provider Resource Fair held today at the PAL in Wilmington. We are grateful to DOL for the opportunity to network with the community and we enjoyed seeing other State vendors and fellow professionals.

Teacher Appreciation Week isn’t just about celebrating our amazing staff — it’s also about making time to laugh, connect, and enjoy each other’s company. 💙🍎

From friendly competition to shared smiles and team bonding, we were reminded how important it is to support one another both inside and outside the classroom. A strong team creates a positive environment for everyone, especially our students.
