This thumb trigger for an air chisel started as raw material and became a functional part through precision machining, careful measurement, and hands-on skill.

Students in the Machine Tool Technology Program worked through the process of creating this part while building the accuracy, patience, and problem-solving skills used in today’s manufacturing careers.

Caden was truly the life of our Machine Tool Technology class. He had an infectious personality, a big heart, and a way of making the shop a better place simply by being in it. He was a great student, a hard worker, and someone his classmates naturally enjoyed being around.

I was honored to be Caden’s teacher and to watch him grow, find his place in MTT, and build a future he had every reason to be proud of.

Seeing his memory carried forward by his mother and former classmates is incredibly meaningful. The scholarship created in his honor is a beautiful reflection of the kind of young man Caden was and the impact he continues to have on others.

Caden will always be remembered in our shop, in the friendships he built, and in the lives he touched.

District 10 SkillsUSA competition today, we have 1 going to states for sure with a bye in CNC Tech. We are waiting for scores to post to see about CNC Mill and Lathe. Precision Machine has no stste competition but we are waiting on those scores as well
