Today our children planted bean seeds in bags and hung them in the window to watch them grow! 🌱

Yesterday our children enjoyed a fun sensory activity with Ribbon Wands! 🌈

We used ribbon wands and let the children run, play, and watch as the ribbons danced in the wind. This activity encouraged movement, creativity, and helped them explore how the wind works in a fun, hands-on way! 💨✨

Today our children had so much fun “playing in the clouds!” ☁️

We used shaving cream to create a sky full of fluffy clouds, giving the children a hands-on sensory experience while strengthening their fine motor skills. They loved exploring, creating, and letting their imaginations take over! ✨

Today our little scientists explored a fun STEM activity—Cloud in a Jar! ☁️💧

We filled jars with water, added fluffy shaving cream “clouds,” and dropped blue food coloring on top. The children loved watching as the “rain” slowly fell through the clouds, helping them visualize how rain works in the real world. Such a simple experiment sparked so much curiosity and excitement! 🌧️✨

Our infants/toddlers explored sensory bags filled with water, colorful drops, and rice today! 💧🌈

Through this activity, they are developing their fine motor skills as they press, squeeze, and move the materials around.

Sensory play also helps build early brain connections by encouraging curiosity, focus, and exploration. The different textures and colors support their visual and tactile development while creating a calm and engaging experience.

Learning through play is always fun at our center! 😊
