Engineering Careers

Engineering Careers New Castle Career Center offers a two year program in Engineering. The curriculum follows the PLTW programs of IED, POE, CIM and EDD.

Students also are introduced to the diffferent fields of engineering as they visit local industry.

Engineering Careers visited Progress Rail in Muncie today. Saw train engines from raw materials to finished and all stages in between. FYI a train engine weighs roughly 200 tons. That's about 400,000 pounds! Thank you to Andrew Kruse.
