Seniors- Visits begin tomorrow in the College and Career Center!

The wait is over! College representative visits officially kick off on Friday, September 4th, starting with Columbia University! 🦁✨
Want to meet with college admissions reps and get your questions answered? Follow these simple steps to ensure you don't miss out:
Update Your List: Log into Naviance and make sure all the schools you're interested in are added to your "Colleges I'm Thinking About" list.
Get Notified: Adding colleges to your list ensures you get automatic notifications when reps schedule a visit to NCHS.
RSVP: Be sure to register for the visit on Naviance ahead of time so you can reserve your spot!
Check Naviance regularly as new colleges are being added to the schedule every week!

FAFSA vs Profile...

FAFSA and CSS Profile are both financial aid applications. FAFSA targets federal aid and CSS Profile assistance offered by the state and the school itself.

Students-Are you interested in a career in contruction, architecture and engineering? Check out the ACE Mentor Program, a free, award-winning, 15-week afterschool program for students in the 9th to 12th grades. Our Bridgeport program meets biweekly on Thursday afternoons from 430-6 PM starting late October.

The program is designed to attract high school students into pursuing careers in the Architecture, Construction and Engineering industry, including skilled trades. Mentors from ACE companies, such as Turner, work with the students in groups to excite them about the industry and to complete an architectural culminating project. Through this program, students have opportunities for summer externships and college scholarships.
