If this didn’t have such an impact on my students, I would use words like “laughable” and “absurd.” Instead I use “sad” and “predictable.”

Some people taking the first ever administration of the LSAT-Flex online from home had to WAIT OVER AN HOUR to start their test! Technical issues and a dearth of proctors resulted in a stressful morning for most. Hopefully this afternoon's test takers have had better luck so far.

I’m not going to defend College Board, but of course they had trouble with AP exams. College Board couldn’t postpone or cancel those the way they put off the SAT. They just weren’t ready for the 21st century!

A lot of people are going to get away with cheating on exams they take at home...but a lot are going to get caught! The best way to not get caught is to not cheat.

Sadly, LSAC missed the mark today with the LSAT-Flex registration. Scheduled test-takers were supposed to be able to login at 12 pm to pick their test time. Instead, they received an email almost 20 minutes after noon with news of a FOUR DAY delay. You can access LSAC's outdated FAQs page here: https://www.lsac.org/update-coronavirus-and-lsat/lsat-flex
