THIS WEEK’S MISSION: TEXT YOUR FUNDHUB PAGE!

We're 52% of the way to our school-wide goal, with just two weeks left to reach 100% and earn an all-school Glow Party!

This week, we're asking every family to text their student's FundHub page to grandparents, relatives, and friends and ask them to support their Bison.

Every donation brings us closer to our school-wide goal, helps students earn more rewards, and keeps the classroom competition going!

BASE Enrichment 1/2 Day Update:

We do not offer enrichments that are led by community members or parents on half days of school due to the time of the enrichments and the length of the day.
Since the staff members are already here at school during half days, they have the option to run their enrichment if they choose!

October is Fire Prevention Month and recently our Elementary SRO Dep. Rick Edgerle taught a fire prevention class to some of our students. During the class, they covered several important topics, including:

- What is Fire?
- Important Fire Safety Rules
- Home Fire Escape Plans
- Smoke Detectors and Their Importance

The goal was to help students understand the importance of fire safety and ensure they know what to do to help keep themselves and their families safe.

We encourage all students to discuss and practice a home fire escape plan with their families, check that smoke detectors are working properly, and establish a designated meeting place outside the home in case of an emergency.
