If you are planning on attending our Back to School Night or the Volleyball match at the Middle/High School, we just wanted to give you a construction update:
All our parking lots are OPEN
- at the West parking lot -
Entrance at Door 16 (Fitness Center) is CLOSED.
At Door 12 (Gym/PAC), please proceed with caution at the sidewalk entrance.
We have not marked spaces yet so please leave ample space between vehicles.

Last week, we had an opportunity to spend some time with our new teachers at New Buffalo Area Schools. We spent two days learning about all they need to know to be successful at NBAS. Everything from technology, meeting with key staff members, understanding the culture, and of course getting to know the community we serve.

Thanks to Brewster's New Buffalo for hosting us for lunch! We are looking forward to welcoming all teachers and staff next week!

Even though school meals are free, families need to continue sharing household income information on the education benefits form, available at https://newbuffalo.familyportal.cloud/

This information helps our schools receive access to federal and state funding for educational programs.

Hey New Buffalo Families!

Is your child planning to ride an E-Bike to school this upcoming school year? They are required to do a few things prior to the 2026-27 school year:
- Take the E-Bike Course (requires special code)
- Have your E-Bike Inspected on September 2nd, 3rd, or 4th
- Register your E-Bike for the 2026-27 School Year

We have been BUSY over the Summer! After the School Board meeting last night, Mark German, Director of Operations did a walk through with members of the School Board to see the progress of the improvements we have made to the Middle/High School as well as the Sports Multiplex.

New Buffalo Area Schools used the General Fund Obligated Bond to make these improvements. From replacing an outdated boiler system to improvements to parking lots and sidewalks, as well as state of the art sports surfaces. These improvements will not only be great for students but the community of New Buffalo as well.

We'll keep you updated as more of these projects are completed.
