This month, we are happy to spotlight Meredith Bamond, our Training Coordinator. Meredith plays a vital role in ensuring new staff are well prepared for success here at Douglass. She coordinates all new staff training activities, including both classroom-based instruction and pull-out training opportunities, helping team members build the knowledge and skills needed to support our students. In addition, Meredith oversees training experiences for dozens of trainees each year from a wide range of disciplines who come to learn effective strategies for working with individuals with autism. She has also taken the lead in organizing and implementing a new microcredential program focused on Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis, further expanding professional learning opportunities at our center. Her organization, expertise, and commitment to professional development have a lasting impact on both our staff and the future professionals she helps train. Thank you, Meredith!

A huge “thank you” to our volunteers from the Somerset Run Cultural and Charitable Club, long-time and steadfast supporters of the DDDC. We are so appreciative of your time, generosity and commitment to making this day special for our students year after year!
