Celebrate access week with Rutgers. Access Week aims to create campus awareness of the need for an equity mindset to help all students thrive. The year's theme “Enacting Beloved Community,” strengthens our work to holistically support underserved students from a wide range of experiences and backgrounds to drive student success. Access Week highlights the academic, social, and cultural resources essential for the success of first-generation, low-income, and other underserved student groups. The week-long initiative features a range of public lectures, faculty, staff and student workshops, and student programming.

Paid Student Leader Positions Now Available for New Student Orientation 2022! Upstream! Red Team… Join the O-Team!

Come be a part of our orientation team to welcome over 7,000 first-year and transfer students to the Rutgers community. We are seeking hard-working, passionate, positive students who wish to share their Rutgers pride with our incoming students and their families. We have 2 paid positions: Orientation Leaders and Orientation Coordinators. We are seeking students of all majors, interests, and identities!

Both positions pay $7,200 (minimum) with Orientation Coordinators receiving additional compensation for spring commitments. Positions will provide you with personal and professional skills that are great resume builders. You can apply to one or both. Visit go.rutgers.edu/oteam to review position details and hear videos of the orientation leader experience. Application due December 14th, but don’t wait until the end, apply NOW!
