Last week was Rutgers Climate Week! In celebration, be sure to check out “Marine Field Station: THE RETREAT,” if you haven’t already. RFC Professor Thomas Lennon and his Documentary Lab put together the short documentary to highlight the efforts of the Rutgers University Marine Field Station to adapt and fight against the rising ocean waters that threaten the facility. The film was screened at the New Jersey International Film Festival, the Colorado Environmental Film Festival, the Newark International Film Festival, and the Climate Action NOW Monthly Film Festival.

We recreated the lighting from Obsession’s iconic porch scene. We used minimal equipment and a fairly simple setup to achieve Curry Barker and Taylor Clemons’ unique look.
