Central Connecticut State University Gospel Choir. In February of 1972, there was a desire to develop another Black organization on campus.
Ebony Chorale Ensemble is a student organization formed to enhance and develop Black culture through musical enlightenment. A few students banded together and the first rehearsals began under the direction Michael B .Hill, James A. Knight, and Reverend Robert Mason, Central's first black campus minister.

Last Week this time Ebony put on an AMAZING Concert. Thank you so much for the people who came out an supported our concert. We are truly grateful. It was a night we will never forget. Especially our seniors. We love you all and we pray Gods continues blessing over your lives.
