Hi! My name is Tuyet-Mai Le, and I am serving as the committee for the Stockman's Contest this year. I am a sophomore at DelVal majoring in Animal Science Pre-Professional, and want to continue with this route to become a veterinarian. I joined Block & Bridle last year and participated in the A-Day livestock show. There, I met a lot of new people who had similar interests and showed me that being involved on campus really makes the college experience more fun. So, if you are an incoming member, I strongly encourage getting involved and finding what you enjoy.
As for me, I didn't grow up around livestock or had much experience with them until high school. Working at a farm back home really opened my eyes and made me realize that I truly love working outside with the animals. I've been working there ever since and have met great people that have put me on the path that I am on today. It's a privilege to be a part of this team and I hope we have a great year!

Hi, my name is Sophia! I am this year’s A-Day Livestock Show Co-Chair as well as the Stockman’s Livestock Judging Contest Co-Chair! I have been showing cattle since I was in high school at the local, state, and regional levels and love everything about it. I was involved in FFA all through high school, as well as my local 4H beef club. I’m excited to see new faces in the A Day show this year, work with the youth in our judging contest, and have a great year in Block and Bridle!

DelVal Block & Bridle is excited to co-host the 2027 National Block & Bridle Convention alongside Penn State!

This event will bring agricultural students from around the nation to explore the people, operations, and opportunities that make Pennsylvania agriculture so special. Through tours, speakers, and interactive learning, attendees will gain valuable insight into the industry and connect with future leaders from across the country.

To create an unforgettable convention, we are asking for your support. Penn State has created an online fundraising page where you can contribute to the convention. Donations to our fundraiser will help provide meaningful experiences for attendees while showcasing the strength and diversity of Pennsylvania agriculture.
