Jumpstart is a national early education organization that recruits and trains college students to serve preschool children in low income communities.
Jumpstart is an AmeriCorps program that recruits caring adults to work with 3-5 year old children. You will work with preschool children to support young children’s language and literacy development. For those eligible, some college students can potentially earn a Work-Study wage (otherwise it is a volunteer position) and an AmeriCorps education award in the process (to be put towards loans or fut
