🚨 Community Support Needed 🚨
Our Comal Creek Elementary family is in need of your help. One of our CCES families suffered a tragic house fire Sunday night due to the storms. Thankfully everyone is safe, but they have been displaced from their home for the next 2–3 months and are currently living in a hotel room.

At this time, the family is in need of:

Gift cards for necessities and children’s needs
Restaurant gift cards
Grocery store gift cards
If you would like to help, please drop off any gift cards at Comal Creek Elementary. They may be placed in the PTA drop box located at the front of the school.

Field Day is this Friday! We would love help handing out ice cream and managing the water activities for our 6th and 7th graders!

It is the time to elect the PTSA Leadership for the next school year. If you are interested in any positions please let me know. Our meeting will be on April 30th at 9:30 at DMS.

Calling on our amazing community!! We recently lost our most amazing GRES assistant principal Mrs. Chapman, to a very hard battle to lymphoma. 😔

Tomorrow starts our launch for our “Change for Chapman” fundraiser!!! We are calling on all of you (Aimee’s Angels) to support her cause in one of two ways … or both!!! We are hoping to raise $20,000. ALL of the funds will go directly to supporting her younger two kids. Addison, her daughter will be moving in with her Aunt (Aimee’s sister Melissa) to help support her special needs and her son Jackson will be starting school at Texas State in the fall. These funds will directly go back to the both of them!!!!! Thank you so much for showing your support!! It is MUCH NEEDED and appreciated!

We are looking for 100 families to donate $100 or more! Please use the QR code provide to donate through Venmo. If you prefer cash or a check, please contact me directly Natalee @ 830-237-6726.

We will also be collecting spare change to help support her kids. Bins will be set up around GRES and DMS will have one bin in the front office. Please feel free to drop any cash or change in the bins!!!
