Taekwondo and practical self-defense suitable for adults and children, gives you excellent exercise and stress relief, contributes to develop courtesy, discipline and self-control. Tae Kwon Do is a Korean Martial Art with over 5,000 years of history, it has over 60 million practitioners in 184 countries and its well known by its olympic-style sparring.
