And the winner is… the Scarecrow. 🌻

Congratulations Adasyn Hafley — sunflowers, fall leaves and a hand-painted stitched smile took the top spot in our Anything But Hair Challenge.

Runner-up: Mackenzie Fultz and her glitter-splattered wiggle worm pop art — and yes, we've been told those are cat toys, not pipe cleaners. 😂

Every one of our March students brought something completely different to this one, from sugar skulls to horror looks, and not a single strand of hair between them. That's the kind of creative problem-solving that makes a great stylist.

Adasyn weaving foils, McKenzie walking her guest through the swatch book, Mackenzie sectioning before the first application — one color day, three sets of hands learning the same lesson: get the prep right and the color takes care of itself.

Braids are patience made visible. 🩷

Julia spent today's class sectioning and braiding her classmate Mackenzie — clean parts, even tension, every braid tracking straight from the crown down. Practicing on each other is how our students build the hands before a guest ever sits in their chair.

Braiding, color, cutting, styling — it all gets built here, hour by hour.

Nail tech is detail work — the shaping, the cuticle care, the clean polish line. Our manicure students learn it the only way it sticks: 600 hours of training and real guests in the chair on our clinic floor.

This is Angela performing a luxury facial on her model for test out — the day an esthetics student stops practicing and starts proving. Steam, cleanse, extractions, massage, mask. Timing, pressure, and product choice all judged.

Six months ago she'd never held a mag lamp. Today she runs a full treatment room.

Esthetics · 750 hours · about 6 months full time. Now enrolling for October 13.
