💪☀️ Summer Strength & Conditioning is Underway! ☀️💪
The first week is off to a great start as our Guardian student-athletes are putting in the work, encouraging one another, and building the foundation for a successful 2026-2027 athletic year. From speed and agility drills to strength training, conditioning circuits, and team-building moments, these athletes are choosing to get better every day.
One of the best parts of our summer program is seeing athletes from different sports working side-by-side, pushing each other to improve while building relationships that strengthen our entire Guardian community.
There is still plenty of time to join us!
