INTERNATIONAL DAY OF CHARITY

Today is a reminder that everyone has something they can give.

At CBA, there are so many ways to make a difference:

-Give your time
-Share your talents
-Donate supplies
-Volunteer at an event
-Help spread the word about CBA
-Support a fundraiser
-Make a financial donation

You don't have to give a lot. You just have to be willing to give.

Our first school wide fundraising and volunteer meeting has been scheduled for Thursday September 10, 2026 at 6 p.m.

We will circulate a meeting link closer to the meeting day.

Reminder: we are asking each family to contribute 15 hours of volunteer time this year—attending this meeting will count toward those house so be sure to log it if you attend!

The CBA community is growing, and we have some exciting things happening!

Mark your calendars for October 23 for our annual Fall Festival and vendor fair! We are looking forward to an evening of fun, fellowship, and family as we bring our community together.

We are currently looking for:

✨ Local vendors who would like to showcase their business

✨ Sponsors who want to support Christian education and our students

Interested in being part of this special event? We would love to have you join us!

We are also excited to announce a year-long service opportunity through our Shoe Drive with Funds2Orgs! We will be collecting new and gently used shoes throughout the school year as we work toward our spring Fun Run/5K/10K event.

Start cleaning out those closets — every pair makes a difference!

Think your chili is the best in town? Prove it.

The CBA Fall Festival is heating things up on October 23 with our CBA Chili Cookoff Contest!

Bring your best recipe, your secret ingredients, and your competitive spirit. Whether your chili is a family recipe passed down for generations or something you whipped up just for the challenge, we want to taste it!

Chili Cookoff Details:

$25 entry fee per contestant
Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place
Winners will be determined by our chili judges
Contest takes place during the CBA Fall Festival on October 23

Meet Mrs. Megan Hahn!

We’re excited to introduce Mrs. Hahn, one of the teachers who will be pouring into our students this year. She’ll be teaching our 7th–12th grade students, along with Home Ec, PE, Leadership, and College Readiness.

Mrs. Hahn is a mom and bonus mom of four, and she loves watching her children grow and discover who God created them to be. She considers it a blessing to have the opportunity to be part of that same journey with her students at CBA.

Her faith is an important part of who she is, and she’s grateful for the opportunity to share that faith with her students while helping them grow academically, personally, and in their walk with Christ.

Be sure to check out her favorites and get to know a little more about Mrs. Hahn in her Meet the Teacher spotlight!

We’re so thankful to have her on the CBA team and can’t wait to see all that God has in store for her students this year.
