Siyona did amazingly at Scripps National Spelling Bee - made it to round 6, with her final word - Unnilhexium. What a feat - her first bee experience. So very proud of Siyona!!

On to the Semis! 56 of our spellers, including Aiden Wijeyakulasuriya of Madison, Wisconsin, are advancing to the 2023 Scripps National Spelling Bee Semifinals. Aiden's fourth-round word, glomerulonephritis, was among the longest in the Bee so far.
