Now Hiring: Part-Time Kindergarten Teacher!

Freedom Academy is seeking a Christ-centered Kindergarten Teacher to join our homeschool hybrid program for the 2026-2027 school year.

We're looking for someone who:
- Loves Jesus and teaching young children
- Has a passion for early literacy and learning
- Creates an engaging, nurturing classroom
- Values partnering with parents

What we offer:
- Monday-Thursday schedule (8:30-2:30)
- Small class sizes (capped at 16 students)
- Weekly planning time built into the schedule
- Instructional aide support
- Bible-based curriculum and teacher editions
- Christ-centered work environment
- Staff discount for our programs
- Parents who actively support learning at home
- Pay ranging from $16-$20/hour based on experience and certification

Before posting our inventory across Facebook Marketplace, we wanted to give families in New Braunfels the first opportunity to purchase these homeschool resources.

Pickup available on Mondays and Tuesdays (9:15AM - 2PM) at 410 Oak Run Point - inside the education door.

First come, first served (No holds)

Books are in a variety of conditions ranging from like new to good, with some showing wear such as folded covers.

All proceeds benefit Freedom Academy, a Christian homeschool hybrid program

We have multiple copies of some textbooks available, though quantities of Junior Notebooks and Teacher's Editions are more limited.

Huge shout out to this incredible group of ladies. I’ve been truly blessed to join forces with each of these remarkable ladies this year. They each have families and things going on outside, but they selflessly give their time and energy to spread the love of Jesus to each student, family and each other.
