After some thought, I've decided to move this page into a group! I'd really like a more private space to share resources and advice! So if you're a parent looking for a safe space for help with reading, social/emotional, math(I'll do what I can 😆) for your child then join along. It happens quietly, yet means more to the person it's given to than you will ever know.

In today's world giving grace is more important than it's ever been. There is so much we do not know people are going through, why they are making the decisions they are making.

And since I am here for the kids, that is who I will focus on.

The kid that couldn't find their favorite water bottle that morning and it just makes everything that day seems worse. And yes, to a 6 year old, this can be a real problem. And I will take that being a problem for them over the problems some 6 year olds go through and never should.

So when the tears come because they can't figure out where their pencil is. Instead of getting frustrated, this is the time to slow down. To find the root of the feelings, because more times than not..it isn't about the pencil.

Just a reminder about summer reading groups! The end of the school year is crazy, but super excited to spend some time on Mini Masterminds Tutoring this summer 🥰 My goal is to keep kids on track and get them excited about reading in a way that is affordable yet effective! 🫶🏼🫶🏼
