We spent our entire weekend at the Next Gen Summer Conference in Nashville diving deep into the best technical tumbling drills, stunting progressions, and coaching strategies in the industry! 🤸‍♀️✨

As gym owners and coaches, we believe that to be the best leaders for your athletes, we must never stop being students. We split up across multiple tracks this weekend to divide, conquer, and bring back the absolute best practices to our floor.
