· To allow children to learn through play and real experiences.

I hope everyone enjoys the three-day weekend.

We’ve had such a fun and busy week! We took a special trip to the library, and had our very first Preschool Boogie with Ms. Bailey! The Pre-K classes also enjoyed Fun Friday by opening the connecting doors so the children could move back and forth between rooms.

All in all, everyone has had a really good week. We are settling right into the groove of Pre-K, getting used to our daily routine and morning work, and we are so proud of our little learners for how wonderfully they are doing.

The Two's Crew had a great first week of the new school year!! ☺ Lots of play time where they learn to share, work together, and use words when something's not going their way. We finished a hand painting project which will be used to decorate our classroom door (look for those pictures next week!). They love when Ms. Vivi has them help with story time and our end-of-day routine where they hold babies and pretend to sleep as a quiet song plays. And they're quickly getting used to walking in lines and sitting for morning Circle Time when we sing, count and practice our ABCs in English and Spanish. Looking forward to another fantastic week ahead! 🫶🧩🎸✂🥰
