I am honored to be part of such an amazing organization like Paws of War Eastern North Carolina. I am thankful to Bill and Jackie O’Brien for all the training given to Llama and I. Also, thanks to Ruth Anne for having so much patience with me and Dave for working so hard.
Llama, my service dog in training is learning different tasks to help me as a disabled veteran and it is showing.
Congratulations to my son in his commissioning as a 2nd LT in the Army. My hubby (Marine veteran) and I(Navy veteran) are very proud of our son.

The Spanish Center is launching an exclusive, small-group course tailored specifically for seniors ready to pick up a second language in a warm, welcoming, and pressure-free environment.

Forget rigid tests and tedious grammar drills. Our conversational method centers on practical, real-world speaking skills that give you immediate confidence. Whether you’re preparing for your next getaway, chatting with neighbors, or simply taking on an exciting new hobby, you’ll be speaking Spanish from your very first session!

👉Course Highlights:

Basic Friendly Chat: Practice introducing yourself, asking simple questions, chatting about loved ones, and using must-know daily phrases.

Travel & Shopping Setup: Build real confidence for trips by learning to check prices, find your way around town, ask for help, and read clocks.

Sharing Your World: Expand your speaking skills by describing local places, discussing your favorite pastimes, and sharing details about the people in your life.

Every gathering features lively partner activities, guided discussions, and dynamic group games. We’ll celebrate our progress at the end of the term with an exclusive group social gathering in town to put your new conversation skills into practice!

Flex Rate: $45 per individual class
