🥋 September Word of the Month: SERVICE ❤️
Last month, our students absolutely filled the board with examples of Initiative—things they did without needing to be asked or reminded. Now we’re starting fresh with a new challenge for September!

SERVICE means doing something for someone else or putting someone else’s needs above your own.

Throughout the month, we’ll be asking our students to look for opportunities to help others at home, at school, in their community, and right here at National Karate. Whether it’s helping a family member, supporting a friend, volunteering, or simply noticing when someone needs a hand, even small acts of service can make a big difference.

This month’s word is especially meaningful as our karate family comes together for Kickin’ It for Eliana. It’s a great opportunity for our students to see that martial arts isn’t only about what we accomplish for ourselves—it’s also about how we use our strength, effort, and character to help others. ❤️

We can’t wait to see how quickly our Service Board fills up!
