Arc Welding!

Learn the art and skill of welding in this hands-on Arc Welding course! Over 8 weeks, students will gain practical experience with welding equipment while learning essential safety, machine operation, and maintenance. The Ophthalmic Medical Assistant Program is a certificate program to help answer the need for qualified assistants in ophthalmology practices.

This 8-week class runs on Mondays from 6:00 - 9:00 from March 23rd to May 11th.

Cake Decorating with Jenna Frehill (8 weeks)
Monday Nights from 6 - 9 pm starting on February 2nd.

This hands-on course will provide the fundamentals necessary to create any special occasion cake from whimsical to elegant designs. Decorate cakes and cupcakes with buttercream, chocolate buttercream, royal icing, and fresh whole berries.

Learn to make drop flowers, rosettes, roses, hydrangeas, leaves, and vine. Have fun using techniques such as icing, smoothing, making borders, swirl icing , and basket weave designs. A schedule, recipes and a supply list will be provided on the first night of class.

Combine your love for food with a passion for knowledge. This course will cover the basic and advanced preparation of appetizers, stocks, sauces, soups, meats, seafood, and poultry. Combined with sanitation and proper knife handling skills, together we will embark upon a tasteful journey full of flavors and techniques. Come and learn new skills you will use in everyday situations.
