Intermediate/Advanced Acro Intensive at Dance Xtreme!

Join Miss Sammie for an intensive designed for dedicated dancers looking to strengthen their technique, refine their skills, and challenge themselves in a supportive, high energy environment.

Throughout the day, dancers will focus on aerials, handsprings, tucks, advanced balancing, partnering, flexibility, strength and conditioning, skill progressions, and individualized corrections. Whether you’re working toward your next big skill or polishing the ones you already have, this intensive is built to help you train smarter and grow stronger.

Beginner/Intermediate Acro Intensive at Dance Xtreme!

Join Miss Sammie for a fun and engaging morning designed to help young acrobats build strong fundamentals in a positive, encouraging environment.

This intensive will focus on developing proper technique, strength, flexibility, confidence, and body awareness while working on foundational acro skills such as cartwheels, handstands, bridges, walkovers, and more. Whether your dancer is just beginning or looking to refine their skills, this class is designed to help them grow safely and confidently.
