I am so incredibly blessed to have met you through the DCoA. Every week you made sure to attend my classes (unless you were on vacation, which you made sure to go on as many trips as possible! 😄).

The more I saw you, the closer we got. You were a force to be reckoned with. Advocated for me time and time again, and made sure to feed my confidence in myself and my passion.

You will always hold a special place in my heart.

Four years ago this month I started my journey leading a weekly Guided Meditation class at the Dartmouth Council on Aging.

Each year, month, week, day.. I am honored to share space with you all. The amount of you that continue to show up for yourselves every week, or every month, or anytime you feel called to join me, has been such a blessing and so inspiring.

So thank you for 4 years 🙏🏼

I will forever be grateful for the many kind souls who I’ve met through the center. You all have helped me more than I can express 🤍

I unfortunately have to cancel this week’s Meditation Class at the DCoA. Considering the center is also closed on the following Tuesday for Veterans Day, I am going to see if I can have Meditation Class on a different day either this week or next. I will be in touch!!
