Personal update and photo tip:
We are in a trip to New Bedford, MA for my husband’s cousin’s wedding.
1. I haven’t been to a wedding as a guest in forever! So excited to enjoy it as a normal person would haha.
2. I brought my camera reluctantly. I feel tired of work but literally EVERY.SINGLE.TIME I use my big camera to photograph my family I love the result so much better.
3. TIP: using your pro camera to photograph your family sharpens your wedding photojournalism skills so well! Uncontrolled light environment, children who are not there to pose but to enjoy all mixed with the fun and unique places. Capturing your family helps you learn:
- be fast
- see light
- not being afraid to make mistakes
- being able to analyze what worked and what didn’t without any serious consequences
