At 52, I’m still focused on building strength, improving performance, and taking care of my body. The numbers on this video show my starting point versus where I am now in 2026—body fat percentage, lean body mass, skeletal muscle mass, and body weight.

Too many people believe that getting older automatically means getting weaker, slower, and less capable. The reality is that strength, muscle, power, and athleticism can still be developed well into your 50s and beyond when you train with a structured plan and stay committed.

Progress isn’t always fast, and it isn’t always linear. But if you stay consistent long enough, the results eventually tell the story.

Too many people approach the gym with an “end goal” mindset.

They tell themselves, “Once I lose 20 pounds...” or “Once I get toned...” or “Once I fit into those clothes...” then they’re done.
But that’s not how it works.

Training, movement, strength, health, and self-care aren’t destinations, they’re lifelong practices.

I’ve been at this for 34 years, and there is no finish line for me.

I won’t stop training, learning, or improving because this isn’t just something I do, it’s part of who I am.

It’s about being strong enough to handle life.
It’s about maintaining your independence as you age.
It’s about having the energy, confidence, resilience, and physical capability to live the life you want.

The scale, mirror, and measurements tell only part of the story.

The people who succeed long-term aren’t chasing an end goal.

Chapter 3 begins tomorrow.

This new chapter for All Year Fitness would not have been possible without every person who has trusted me with their training over the years. Whether you trained with me for a season of your life or you’re still showing up and putting in the work today, your support, trust, and commitment helped build what you see here.

What started as an empty space is now a training environment built with purpose. Every piece of equipment, every layout decision, and every detail was designed to create the best possible experience for the community.

Tomorrow at 7:00 AM, we open the doors and begin our first training session in our new space.

I’m grateful for everyone who has been part of this journey and excited for what’s ahead. The mission remains the same: helping people get stronger, move better, and build confidence through training.

The next chapter starts now.
