Today, our Executive Director, Leslie Ribeiro Vicente, along with Executive Board member, Rodney Solomon, and Advisory Member, Vinny de Macedo, successfully completed the LEADS7 - The Leads Fellow program. LEADS is designed to broaden access to entrepreneurial frameworks and skills, offering comprehensive leadership development that transcends traditional training methods. By fostering mindset shifts and new perspectives, LEADS equips leaders with a holistic approach to addressing local and regional challenges. Furthermore, the program unites a diverse group of leaders who may not have previously interacted, establishing a foundation for driving change in their communities.
