Slate Run Elementary

We need your help to ensure a safe and efficient arrival and dismissal process. Please review and share our car rider procedures with everyone who may use the car rider line.

During the first two days of school, we had 137 and 131 cars in the car rider line, transporting approximately 200 students each day. It is vital that we all work together to keep students, staff, and families safe while also minimizing traffic backups on Slate Run Road.

Thank you for your partnership and cooperation in helping us provide a safe and smooth experience for everyone!

We can't wait to see our Gators in the morning! Get a great night's sleep to prepare for an awesome first day! Doors open at 7:40 a.m. Please be patient during arrival and dismissal as lines and bus routes may be longer to ensure all students are safe.

We can't wait to welcome our students, teachers, and staff back for an amazing school year! Whether it's your very first day of Kindergarten or your final first day as a senior, tomorrow is the start of new opportunities and unforgettable memories.

We can't wait to see everyone at Open House tomorrow evening! Back by popular demand, Gator Gear will be available for purchase at open house. Limited quantities available, but don't worry we'll have the on-line store up and running if we don't have what you want on site! Cash or Check preferred. Paypal is available for $.50 per transaction.

Congratulations to incoming 3rd grader, Scarlett Clark! She's the winner of our Gator Gear design contest. Her artwork is displayed on one of our T-shirts for purchase this year! Special thanks to all who participated...we have a lot of talented Gators!
