Now that the cat is (mostly) out of the bag, are so excited to finally share some BIG news with the community!

When Discovery Time and Adventure Time Academy merged at the end of last year, we never imagined we would grow as quickly as we have. Thanks to the support of our families and community, we have officially outgrown our current space at Graceland. So, we are moving to a new facility in Clarksville!

Our new location is conveniently located right off the Lewis and Clark exit, approximately 8 minutes from our current location. We anticipate making the move this fall!

This new facility will give us more space and, more importantly, more opportunities to provide high-quality care. We will have more infant and toddler spaces, larger classrooms for all ages (infant-school age) additional classrooms to minimize age gaps, a multipurpose room for indoor play, a playground, and more room for creativity, learning, and hands-on activities.

As we grow, our goal is to make sure our quality of care grows right along with us. Having additional space and resources will allow us to better meet children where they are developmentally, provide more individualized learning opportunities, and give our teachers the resources they need to help every child thrive.

We are also proud and grateful to announce that we received a $31,706.75 discretionary grant from the Community Foundation of Southern Indiana! This grant is helping us begin purchasing furniture and learning materials for our new building. The grant will also help increase our capacity by 24%, which includes 16 additional infant spaces, all while helping us expand access to high-quality early childhood education in our community.

We are incredibly thankful to the Community Foundation of Southern Indiana for investing in our children, our families, our community, and our business.

Once construction is complete, we will host an open house for our currently enrolled families and offer opportunities for new families to tour the facility.

We are so grateful to everyone who has helped us get here. We cannot wait to begin this next chapter with more space, more resources, more opportunities, and an even greater focus on providing the high-quality care every child deserves.
