We will not have the Thursday Kid’s Judo class this evening. We hope to see everyone next week.

Sorry for the late notice but we will be canceling the no gi jiu jitsu class this evening at 7. We will still be having kickboxing at 6.

We had belt testing tonight for our adult Judo program. We now have 4 new Judo brown belts and 2 new yellow belts. If you are interested in improving your stand up training, this program is an excellent option.

We will be canceling the Jiu Jitsu class this evening due to the road conditions.

Mr. Back and several others have said they are stuck in traffic and are having trouble getting to the gym due to the snow. We will be starting each of the Taekwondo classes 15 minutes later than normal due to the slow road conditions.

We are having classes this evening. There are still spots in the parking lot and walkway that have snow on it so be careful driving and walking into the gym.

We will be cancelling classes this evening. We are still trying to clear the parking and pathway to the door.

We are still having all of our classes today. We hope to be finished with all of them before the roads get too bad.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!!! We hope everyone has a wonderful day with their family and friends! There will be no Judo tonight but we will have all classes Saturday. Judo students feel free to come to the Saturday classes to for a make up if you want!
