This is a juried student show with each teacher selecting the best works from each class.
The Art Awards Fund was established in 2000 to secure funds for the New Albany-Floyd County Schools Secondary Art Show and Awards which was founded in 1971. 2016 marks the 43rd year for the annual Art Show and Competition. The artwork is then juried by local professional artists for Best of Show, First, Second and Third places.

Thank you to everyone who showed up for our wonderful students for awards night! Don’t forget the show is open to the public until May 9th. So come visit the Cultural Arts Center to see the exhibit before the 53rd Annual Secondary Art Show comes to a close.

Secondary Art Show for New Albany Floyd County Schools opens today and will run through May 9th. Come out and check out the amazing artwork by local students. Awards ceremony will be on April 30th from 5-7pm.
