Get ready for the most anticipated event of the season! 🎉 The Fall Scholastic Book Fair is coming to Slate Run, and we can't wait to share it with you! 📚 This amazing opportunity allows our students to explore new books, discover new authors, and develop a love for reading that will last a lifetime. ❤️ However, we need your help to make this event a huge success! 🙏 We're calling on all volunteers to lend a hand and make a difference in the lives of our students. Whether you can spare an hour or two, your contribution will be invaluable in helping us create an unforgettable experience for our kids. 🙌

Another part of the grant I wrote was to purchase these rainbow doodle boards for each student to use in class. These will be used daily to practice letters, numbers, words and more! I could not provide these amazing materials without the support of the New Albany-Floyd County Education Foundation!

Meet Violet and Copper! I was able to purchase these as part of the grant I wrote to the New Albany-Floyd County Education Foundation! They are weighted to help with sensory needs and so soft. Each student had a chance to hold Violet today! Tomorrow they will meet Copper and get a chance to hold him. ❤️ They will be used for many years to come to help meet student needs and offer comfort.
