We had a great turnout for our First Grade Parent Day today! Parents observed a UFLI Phonics lesson, met afterward to discuss literacy activities for home, took home some awesome door prizes, then ate lunch with their kiddos. Parental involvement is key to student success. We’re so grateful for our amazing families! ❤️🐝

📣Get ready for some EXCITING news!! 📣

Spring IREAD scores were made public recently, so we can finally share that SEJ earned its highest score in school history!! 91.4% passing rate!! Up 13% from the year before!! This is the result of a tremendous effort from staff, students, and families. We couldn’t be more thrilled! We surprised our 3rd and 4th graders today with popsicles and bouncies to celebrate this amazing achievement! Thanks to Northside for funding the bouncy rentals!! ❤️ GO HORNETS! 🐝
