Children don’t always need a lecture in the middle of a meltdown.

Sometimes they need a calm nervous system to lean on.

When a child is shouting, crying, refusing, panicking or falling apart, their brain is already overwhelmed. If the adult in front of them becomes overwhelmed too, the stress grows. But when we pause, soften our voice, breathe, and stay steady, calm can spread too.

This doesn’t mean adults have to be perfect. It doesn’t mean ignoring behaviour. It means remembering that emotional regulation is learned through connection, repetition and safety.

Kids borrow our calm before they can build their own.

The way we respond in the hardest moments becomes part of how they learn to respond to themselves later. And that is powerful.

Our staff is hands down the BEST!!
They love on these babies like their own and love to see them learn and grow!
My director is Awesome 🤩! She juggles so much on her plate, being her family, her home, her kids activities, her church, her friends and this childcare center! ❤️ she loves what she does, and is getting her room ready for a “Prom” for our “juniors & seniors” the pre k class!!
I love her so very much and wouldn’t do this with anyone else! Everyone needs a Jackie, but you can not have mine 🥰🤩

I just wanted to give a huge THANKS to our childcare center parents for the appreciation and food and gifts you’ve shown our staff all week!! It has blown me away! ❤️. We thank you so much for you trusting your littles with us each day !!

Happy teacher appreciation week to our crew! We couldn't make it without our wonderful staff. These ladies pour all their time into loving and caring for our children at the center. We appreciate you today and EVERYDAY
