Our treasurer and classes coordinator, Jenny, and our director, Owen, attended a training session for Give for Good Louisville Day today. Last year, $5,000 was donated to us. This year, we are hoping to raise $10,000 - especially since it's the 10th anniversary of CMA! Give for Good Louisville Day is on September 10th this year (nice coincidence), and we will be doing a 10-hour live music broadcast right here on our page from noon until 10pm. Taking part will be:
• Logan Leet (guitar, vocals)
• Lydia Clifton (Harp)
• Mark Ohlson - guitar/vocals
• Kelly Newton - guitar/vocals
• Homefront Harmonies - violin, accordion, clarinet, flute
• The Hack Project
• Kurt Anderson Quintet (jazz)
and others to be advised soon. Mark your calendars for September 10th, noon-10pm!
