A question for you today:
What is the thing you've always wanted to try but keep telling yourself you'll do "someday"?
The art class.
The business idea.
The dance lessons.
The book.
The trip.
The new skill.
The new language.
Sometimes we talk ourselves out of our dreams before we've even given ourselves a chance.
If there's something on your heart that you've been wanting to explore, this is your reminder that you still have time. Time to learn. Time to grow. Time to begin again.
I never imagined I'd become an entrepreneur, yet here I am living a dream I didn't even know was possible. The truth is, you may be more capable than you realize.
Don't let fear make decisions that belong to you.
Try the thing.
Take the class.
Make the call.
Submit the application.
Your future self may thank you for having the courage to start.
Let's choose growth.
Let's choose love.
Let's lead to love. 🩷

A little midweek reminder from me to you 🩷
I know life can be heavy sometimes, and it's easy to focus on what's going wrong or what's still left to do.
But I hope you take a moment to recognize how far you've come.
I'm proud of you.
Keep going. Keep choosing joy. Keep choosing hope. Don't let negativity distract you from the progress you've made or the beautiful things still ahead.
My hope for you is that the rest of this week is marvelous, magnificent, and wonderful. That you find moments to rest, recover, and wake up feeling refreshed and renewed.
You are loved.
Let's choose love.
Let's lead to love. 🩷

Happy Tuesday, gorgeous & handsome 🤍
A lot of our stress comes from trying to control things that were never ours to control in the first place.
We can control our perspective, our words, our actions, our choices, and how we show up for ourselves and others.
What we can't control is the weather, traffic, long lines, other people's decisions, or how someone chooses to respond to us.
The more energy we spend fighting things outside of our control, the less energy we have for the things that truly matter.
So if it's gloomy outside, take the walk anyway.
Turn on your favorite song and dance anyway.
Choose joy anyway.
I hope today brings you the freedom that comes from releasing what you cannot control and embracing what you can.
Have a beautiful Tuesday. 🤍
Happy Sunday, gorgeous 🤍
I never want to spend so much time focused on who doesn't love me that I lose sight of all the people who do.
Today's message is for anyone who needs a reminder that their worth isn't determined by someone else's inability to see it.
Let's choose love.
Let's lead to love.
🫶 Watch until the end.

A reminder from someone wearing a hat, a t-shirt, and gym shoes today 🩷
Beauty isn't just what people see on the outside. Some of the most beautiful things about you can't be captured in a photo—the kindness you show, the lives you impact, the way you encourage others, and the light you carry within.
For so many of us, caring for others comes naturally. We show up. We help. We nurture. We give.
But your sole purpose isn't to pour into everyone else while running on empty yourself.
There's a reason airplane safety instructions tell you to put on your oxygen mask before helping others. When we neglect our own needs, we eventually find ourselves exhausted, overwhelmed, and unable to show up as our best selves.
Today, I hope you'll pour a little of the same love, grace, patience, and care into yourself that you so freely give to everyone else.
It doesn't have to be a lifelong commitment or a complete life overhaul. Maybe it's just for today. Maybe it's one small act of self-care. Maybe it's allowing yourself to rest without guilt.
Show up for yourself just as much as you show up for others.
I love you all. Have a fabulous day, and I'll see you at the market on Saturday. 🩷
A gentle reminder: you are enough, exactly as you are 🩷
Your worth isn't determined by your productivity. Your beauty isn't measured by perfection. And your impact reaches farther than you may ever realize.
No matter how challenging this day, week, season, or year has been, I hope you find moments of joy, peace, and rest.
Recently, I found myself unexpectedly raising tadpoles after nature left me a little gift. It wasn't something I planned for, but caring for them has brought me so much joy—and admittedly, a few startled screams along the way. It's been a reminder that sometimes the most meaningful moments come from embracing what is right in front of us rather than striving for what's next.
So today, this is your reminder:
🫶 You have nothing to prove.
🫶 Rest is not something you earn.
🫶 You are allowed to slow down.
🫶 You are beautiful.
🫶 You are enough.
Take care of yourself the way you would care for someone you love.

These last couple of weeks have been full in the best way—between business meetings, networking events, and exciting personal moments.
I had a fabulous time celebrating One Southern Indiana’s 20th anniversary at The Vista at Origin Park. The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious, and it was wonderful connecting with people from so many different industries.
