Today, a few schoolers stopped by the Nevada Public Safety Office and dropped off a "We're So Lucky To Have You" snack basket. 🍀 Thank you to Officer Hutton for coming out to see us today.

Ms Amy had a few errands to run while we were out and about - so we stopped by State Bank & Trust too. 💸Of course the amazing tellers gave us all a sucker!

Thank you to the Camelot Theater for allowing us to attend the morning showing of Shrek 2! The ladies at the theater went above and beyond just your normal movie - they blew bubbles up and down the aisle when it was the bubbles scene and even sprinkled water during the rain scene! Lil' Cubs children LOVED it! Thank you for being awesome ladies!

This week is "Flying Objects" week and we had a special guest! The biggest thank you to Deputy Adam Luke for taking the time to show us his really cool drones and telling us all about how he uses them to help the community!

Lil' Cubs had a special visitor today.....Nevada's own Cubbie Bear! Some of the children loved Cubbie - some did not and kept their distance. Thank you to Olivia Clausen and her "handler" Sara Upchurch Clausen for stopping by for a visit! We loved it! 💛🐾💜

Thank you to Mr Dustin Ryan Smith for taking the time to show us around the high school. The children couldn't believe all of the different areas of the school and all the new things they can learn. Mr. Cooper was a hit too showing us his banana tree and the FFA are.

The children tested Ms Rebecca this week.....she knew them all just by their voices! That is what happens when you started caring for most of them as infants! Such a fun video!
