Yesterday was one to remember! Right before Meet the Teacher, we celebrated our first-year teachers with a ribbon cutting for their very first classrooms! ❤️🩶

There’s nothing quite like getting the keys to your first classroom and realizing, this is really happening! But these four walls are about so much more than a classroom. They are where relationships will be built, confidence will grow, and lives will be influenced in ways these teachers may never fully realize.

We are so excited to watch them begin this journey and fill these rooms with learning, laughter, and memories that will last far beyond this school year.

Miss Krista joins us from California and brings more than 10 years of experience as a school secretary. We're excited for our students, families, and staff to benefit from her experience, kindness, and welcoming personality.

Every teacher remembers their very first classroom, and this year that journey begins for Mrs. Montana Bennett. We are excited to welcome Mrs. Bennett to our 3rd Grade Team! As she begins her first year of teaching, Mrs. Bennett is ready to create a classroom where students feel welcomed, encouraged, and excited to learn each day. We know Mrs. Bennett's enthusiasm and passion for teaching will make a wonderful addition to Truman Elementary. Please help us give her a warm Truman Tiger welcome!
