Flower of the Month is back!!

Join the Flower of the Month club to receive a monthly arrangement delivery from The Watering Can! Each month, students plan, design, and create seasonal arrangements to share with the community!

Subscriptions are $250 for the year, and you will receive 9 arrangements, one per month September 2026-May 2027.

Join us at the Back to School Barn Bash! The Watering Can girls will be set up taking preorders for Homecoming Mums and Flower of the Month subscriptions!

**Update: we do not need any food vendors at this time**

This year, we will be hosting our Barn Bash at the brand new Bob Bean Agricultural Facility during the High School’s Back to School Bash event! We are looking for local vendors from the community who would like to join us from 5-7pm on Tuesday July 28th.

One last stop before heading home - we had to check out the Blue Bell Creamery and sample some ice cream!

Today, Addee Kuenstler, Caleigh Jo Allison, and Jordan Witherspoon competed in the Spring Young Florists of Texas contest finishing 8th overall and won the 3rd place Teacher’s Choice award out of 35 teams!

They first created an individual Cinco de Mayo themed vase arrangement, and then as a team they were tasked with creating a large-scale statement tropical centerpiece, and they nailed it! They also participated in two workshops by industry experts to learn new technical skills to take with them.

A few of our girls got to spend the day exploring The Gardens at Texas A&M, and checking out Benz School of Floral Design!

Wish them luck as they compete at Young Florists of Texas tomorrow in Caldwell!
