Hi my love 🌑 happy eclipse time

We don’t need astrology to tell us things are pretty wild and strange right now. But knowing that there’s an eclipse this Sunday can help us pay extra attention to our nervous system.

Here are a few ways to move through the eclipse window (yes — we’re already in the thick of it):

✨ Take a break from social media and get outside - even if it's just for 10 minutes. Ask a tree for permission to give it a hug. Get your feet on the grass and let yourself be held by the earth. Even if all you have is a window, open it up, breathe in the fresh air, and ask it to bring you clarity and insight.

✨ Clean and clear your space. The eclipse is a potent time for purification. Clean out your house, then take some smudge or your preferred tools and do your favorite clearing rituals.

✨ Stay hydrated + keep an eye on caffeine. (Coming from me — a coffee fanatic, lol.) But truly — anything that spikes the nervous system is best kept in moderation, since eclipses can already feel destabilizing.

✨ Drop into your inner world. Meditate, take a salt bath, pull cards from your tarot deck, or work with your pendulum. The eclipse window is full of powerful insight if we’re willing to turn down the noise and listen.
