Once again it's time to get ready for “back-to-school.” In support of our communities, County College of Morris will partner with Table of Hope for a "Backpack Giveaway" for residents of Morris County on Friday, August 19 from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm in Parking Lot 1 on the CCM campus, 214 Center Grove Road, Randolph. 1000 backpacks filled with school supplies as well as healthy snacks will be distributed to ensure children in our community begin the new school year prepared. All Morris County residents are welcome. to this easy, contactless drive-through distribution.

Stepping Stones Montessori School is seeking a Montessori Certified Teacher for the 2021-2022 school year. Applicants must be certified and be a AMS/AMI or MACTE accredited teacher to be considered.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who would like to join a small Montessori school starting September 2021, and be accountable for the delivery of an authentic Montessori program.

Our Montessori Certified Teacher will have excellent communication skills. He/she will supervise and help the children to think creatively to solve problems independently, respect themselves, others, and the environment.

Additional responsibilities:
- ensure the daily care of every child
- follow all licensing guidelines and implementing all school standards
- build rapport with the children, parents, and teachers
- provide educational plans
- prepare for parent conferences
- teaming with parents to understand and support their children

There are 4 life stages of butterflies. The egg, the larva (caterpillar), the pupa (chrysalis), and the adult butterfly. At Stepping Stones Montessori, our children have watched and raised these “painted lady” butterflies through each stage. It has been exciting, edifying and fun observing the very unique process of this species of butterflies. The children watched in amazement as we finally released them into nature.
