Greetings Friends - Had a wonderful Joint birthday celebration last Saturday with my husband Gary to end his 75th year and my 70th year! Fifty Asheville originals joined us. Welcome to one of our newest instructors, Nicole! She is one of our own grads from the AYC teacher training program and we are so happy to have her join the team!

Practice with Nicole for a mix of stimulating flow, calming breath-work, inner discovery, and outer awareness. Her highest aim is to provide a place of learning and self exploration to guide the practitioner back to themselves. After dealing with low back and SI joint issues that were improved after returning to the basic foundation of yoga - awareness and breath, then reintroducing movement she found a renewed love for yoga, personal self-awareness and growth.

She found that the AYC teacher training program was the perfect place to integrate this self-directed learning into the wider tradition of yoga and to learn how to share this process and its insights with others!
