🏃‍♀️🌊 MANATEE MILERS ARE BACK! 🌊🏃‍♂️

Dust off those running shoes, run around the block, and drink plenty of water… because Manatee Milers is back! 🎉

The first run is Wednesday, September 16!

Now in its 11th year at Neptune Beach Elementary, Manatee Milers is a before-school running club where the main goal is simple: HAVE FUN! 💙

There’s no pressure and no need to be a superstar runner. Students can run, skip, walk, or jump their way around the track. It’s all good! 🙌

🏃 The program runs throughout the entire school year

📄 Permission slips will be available in the main office beginning this week.

Second Week Got Us Like…. 😴😂

When the back-to-school sparkle starts wearing off and we’re all running on caffeine, teamwork, and a little bit of ✨Manatee magic✨. 🩵

Our teachers are finding their rhythm, our students are settling in, and somehow… we made through Week 2! 🙌

💙 INTRODUCING BIZI BUCKS! 💙

We’re excited to introduce Bizi Bucks, our school’s new digital positive reinforcement program designed to recognize and celebrate students for making positive choices and achieving their goals! 🎉

Think of it like a digital bank account for students! Students can earn Bizi Bucks throughout the year for things like attendance, behavior, and academics. They can then track their earnings, manage their Bizi Bucks, and use them to shop for exciting rewards. 🛍️✨

📱 Parents can also stay in the loop! You can sign up to receive your child’s bi-weekly Bizi Bucks statement right in your inbox.

A big thank you to Sgt. Haines from Neptune Beach Police Department for visiting us today to talk with our 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade Manatees about e-bike safety! 💙🩵

Our students learned important tips for staying safe, making smart choices, and being responsible riders. We appreciate Sgt. Haines for helping our Manatees stay informed and safe both at school and in our community!

🎂💙 A SWEET ENDING TO OUR FIRST WEEK

What better way to celebrate making it through the first week of school than with a beautiful cake AND NBE’s 45th birthday?! 🎉🌊

🌊✨ FIFTH DAY OF 5TH GRADE! ✨🌊

It was the 5th day of 5th grade for some of our marvelous Manatees, and they were ready to celebrate! 💙

From new friendships and new routines to lots of learning (and a few very cool shades 😎), our 5th graders are already making waves!
