Camp Tekakwitha took camp on the road! ⛺️🚌💨

Over two weeks, LeaderQuest campers spent 3 days and 2 nights at the Catholic Ecology Center as part of their off-site camp experience—getting a chance to experience camp in a whole new setting.

After starting their trip at Holy Hill, campers joined us for team building, explored the CEC property, met our indoor and farm animals, and rolled up their sleeves for service. They helped harvest at Clare Gardens, tackled a big weeding project, and even gave our picnic tables some much-needed new stain.

And, of course, there was plenty of campfire laughter, 9-square, and time to simply enjoy being together!! They even got to see Road Runner again!

What an incredible Young Adult Weekend! 🎉

A huge thank you to Fr. Michael Malucha for celebrating Mass, offering Adoration and Confession, and helping make the weekend a such a meaningful encounter with Christ. We were also blessed to have the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity join us for dinner and Adoration!

From exploring God’s creation and sharing meals together to campfires, prayer, and new friendships, it made for an incredible weekend!

One participant shared:
“PLEASE HAVE MORE YA EVENTS! IT WAS SO FUN!”

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this weekend so special. We hope to see you at the next one—we’re already looking forward to planning another Young Adult event soon! 👀
