High School STUDENTS!!

For any high schoolers who have been displaced from their homes by Typhoon Halong, NSLC is temporarily re-opening admissions for the current semester to provide students an immediate and safe place to live, eat, play, and resume their education. Space is limited, but we hope to accommodate as many displaced students as we can.

Nenana Student Living Center is free to attend and provides free room and board. We also covers the student's flights to and from anywhere in Alaska.

If you know a family who might need a place to send their 9th–12th grade student this semester because of the typhoon, please encourage them to apply online at https://www.nenanalynx.org/o/district/page/application-process

Our hearts and thoughts remain with the many Alaskans whose lives have been devastated by this typhoon.
